ABOUT ARDEN

About Arden Solicitors Advocates

An SRA-regulated London firm led by Mrs Hawa Arrif — honest advice, careful preparation and proven advocacy in immigration, family, children, property and civil law.

At Arden Solicitors Advocates, we pride ourselves on an extensive rate of success and client satisfaction. Our firm and its senior solicitors and lawyers have over two decades of legal experience and are well-placed to help you. The firm was established by its principal, Mrs Hawa Arrif, who was called to the Bar at Gray’s Inn in July 1996 and is a well-regarded solicitor with an excellent reputation.

Our lawyers speak a variety of languages and are familiar with foreign cultures and customs. That awareness, and our respect for cultural differences, helps us understand our clients’ needs and work closely with them. We have experienced, reliable staff who understand the difficulties you are facing. The firm is driven by hard work, experience, achievements, honesty and sincerity towards our clients.

At Arden Solicitors Advocates you will always obtain honest advice from the commencement of your case. We will prepare your case carefully and in detail, and do everything possible to give you the greatest chance of success. Our solicitors and lawyers speak Arabic, French, Turkish, Kurdish and Tamil. While we are based in London, we work with established legal firms in Jordan, Egypt and Palestine. To book a consultation, call us on 020 8997 8885.

What we stand for

The values that guideevery case we take on

Honest advice from day one

You will always obtain honest advice from the commencement of your case. We explain your options clearly so you can decide how to proceed with confidence.

Careful, detailed case preparation

We prepare your case carefully and in detail, and do everything possible to give you the greatest chance of success. No two matters are the same, and yours receives the attention it deserves.

In-house advocacy that fights for you

Advocacy is kept in-house, so representation stays affordable and consistent. Our principal has advocated for clients since 1998 in immigration and asylum, including work in the Upper Tribunal, High Court, Court of Appeal and beyond.

Languages and cultural understanding

Our team speaks Arabic, French, Turkish, Kurdish and Tamil, and we respect cultural differences. That helps us understand your needs and work closely with you throughout your matter.
